Welcome to BebehCards.com ("the Site"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site. These Terms were last updated on November 17, 2025.

Our services use artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to generate or process content. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated outputs may not always be fully accurate, reliable, or within our control. By using the Site, you acknowledge and accept that some results are produced automatically and may vary in quality or relevance.

2. Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 16 years of age. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement. You are required to create an account to send a card. By creating an account, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials confidential.

3. Use of the Service

The Site is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You are permitted to use our service to create and send digital cards to friends, family, or other personal acquaintances.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Spam or send unsolicited messages.
• Harass, threaten, or stalk others.
• Upload or send unlawful, abusive, or hateful content.
• Engage in automated scraping, data mining, or any other unauthorized collection of information.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

4. User Content

You may be able to upload images, text, card vision (a “Prompt”) and other content ("User Content") to personalize your cards. You retain all ownership rights to your User Content. By uploading it, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of providing our service.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content does not contain material that is:

• Obscene, offensive, or sexually explicit.
• Infringing on the copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights or other intellectual property of others.
• Defamatory, libelous, or illegal.

We reserve the right to remove or block any User Content that we, in our sole discretion, deem inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including our card designs, templates, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Bebeh Cards or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or otherwise exploit any of this content without our express written permission.

6. Privacy & Data Use

We respect your privacy. Our collection and use of personal data, such as names, email addresses, and card messages, is described in our Privacy Policy and is in accordance with GDPR. We will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.

7. Availability

We strive to keep the Site available for creating and viewing cards at all times. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Access to the service may be temporarily suspended or limited due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to restore availability as quickly as possible in such cases.

8. Payment Terms

You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. All payments are handled securely through our third-party payment processor Stripe.

We do not store your payment information on our servers.

All purchases are final. There are no refunds for cards that have been generated.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bebeh Cards will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, particularly if you violate these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.
